After submitting the form you will be taken through our secure checkout process where you will be asked to pay the £25 membership fee. We understand how the new price increase could affect you and your family so if you need some support in paying your membership fee, please read our Fee Reduction and Waiver policy. If you are in a position to, please consider adding a donation when you checkout as this will help support a family who may not be able to pay their membership.

Conditions of image use(Required)

We will not use the personal details or full names (unless agreed in advance) of any child or adult in a photographic image or video. We will not include personal e-mail, postal addresses, or telephone numbers. Please note that the press are exempt from the Data Protection Act and may want to include the names and personal details of children and adults in the media. We will ask your permission when submitting names to accompany a press release.

Conditions of membership(Required)

Membership entitles the member family access to all Allsorts’ services and members agree to abide by the conditions of use for each service or activity. At Allsorts we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your membership and tell you about new exciting activities and updates. Our privacy policy explains in more detail how, why and what we use individuals’ information for. Allsorts reserves the right to not renew membership, or bring membership to an end, if conditions are not met.

Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid is reclaimed by Allsorts from the tax you pay for the current tax year.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
