The Allsorts Hub is the perfect Birthday Party venue available exclusively for our Members to book.
The cost is £100 for a 2-hour party (we ask for a £20 deposit to secure your booking). You’ll have an additional half an hour to set up and clear down either side of your booking. Due to our Toy Library sessions running earlier in the day, the time for parties is set at 2pm. Members can arrive from 1.30pm to set up.
- Enjoy a party for around 20 people (we recommend 10 children or less)
- Have a choice of dates on selected Saturday afternoons
- Receive a bespoke Allsorts invitation to email or print to guests
- You get use of our Activity Hub, including play space, sensory room and kitchen
- Enjoy selected toys and equipment from our Toy Library
- You will have a dedicated member of staff on site
How does the booking process work?
- Use our booking form to make a birthday party reservation
- We’ll confirm the date by email and ask for a £20 deposit
- At least two weeks before the date you need to have paid in full
- Enjoy your special birthday party at The Allsorts Hub!
Terms and Conditions of hire
- Hirers and guests must observe the strict “No Smoking/Vaping” policy whist in the Activity Hub.
- Hirers and guests must take care of equipment in the Sensory Room, removing all shoes on entry and ensure no food or drink is taken inside.
- Hirers must take notice of the fire exits and the nearest assembly points in case of evacuation.
- The Activity Hub must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All used toys/equipment should be left in the containers provided so they can be cleaned. Any used crockery, cutlery etc should be washed and put away or put into the dishwasher.
- Food/drink is to be kept away from toys and equipment.
- Parents and carers will be responsible for their children at all times.
- To make your booking, terms and conditions must be signed and a £20 non-refundable deposit paid to Allsorts. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the booking.
- Allsorts has the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. In which case a full refund will be given.
