We believe every child deserves the chance to move, play and belong. Our rebound therapy sessions are a shining example of what’s possible when accessible everyday experiences meet the families who need them most.
Held on a full-sized trampoline at St Rose’s School, rebound sessions are tailored for children and young people with a range of additional needs, from mild to complex physical and learning disabilities. Using a hoist gantry system, we ensure that every child who wants to bounce and join in with the fun, can.

Rebound therapy is about so much more than movement, it’s a joyful, sensory experience that has different benefits for each individual. It can help:
- Improve core strength, balance and coordination
- Develop communication and social interaction
- Provide vital sensory integration and relaxation
- Build confidence and eye contact
Meet Aston
To see the magic of rebound therapy in action, look no further than Aston, a bright and busy 6-year-old who’s always ready for her weekend ‘fast feet’ sessions on the trampoline.
“Aston is a wonderful little girl, who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, dystonia and is non-verbal. Despite all her challenges, she has lots to say and loves to be kept busy with weekend activities!”

Jeni, Aston’s mum, first heard about Allsorts through an Augmentative and Alternative Communication specialist and again in passing from another parent at school. Since then, Aston has enjoyed sensory dance, family bowling and accessible boat trips with Allsorts but rebound is certainly one of her favourite activities.
“Not only is it great for stimulating all of her core muscles, Aston gets super excited knowing that she is going for ‘fast feet’ on a Saturday morning. It’s a lovely way to start the weekend for both of us.”
And for Jeni, the warm welcome from the Allsorts team has made a huge difference.
“The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much and they really put the fun into the sessions. It melts my heart knowing that there is somewhere for everyone to take part in, no matter how much your disability affects you.”

Help keep rebound therapy bouncing
We’re a small charity with a big heart and an even bigger mission: to provide accessible everyday experiences that make a real difference to children with additional needs and their families across Gloucestershire.
But we can’t do it without your help. If 100 supporters gave just £10 a month for 12 months, we could fund rebound therapy sessions for a whole year. That’s a year of movement, connection, support and FUN for children like Aston.
Your donation, no matter the size, helps families like Aston’s feel welcome, valued and bouncing towards their full potential.
