Debbie Bullock, Senior Administrator
Having joined Allsorts as a member 15 years ago, I’m so proud to now have the opportunity to be part of the team.
I enjoy supporting families to be part of the Allsorts Community; whether it’s providing a listening ear, signposting or helping with activity bookings.

Clare Cannock, Chief Executive
I am delighted to lead such a passionate and experienced team that breaks down barriers. We provide a supportive and empowering community, whilst offering a wide range of inclusive activities and services that increase fitness, wellbeing and resilience. Children and young people can be themselves, free from judgment, whilst families access early intervention; enabling them all to belong, thrive and reach their potential.

Diane Elsdon, HR & Office Administrator

Rachael Fletcher, Head of Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships
It’s been great working for Allsorts for the last 3 years. As a former member of the charity with my late son, William, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact our activities and support groups have on families. That’s exactly why I decided to leave the corporate world and join a cause that holds such deep personal meaning. Allsorts was there for my family, and I’m proud to help ensure it’s there for others.

Clare Garratt, Toy Library Coordinator
I have a daughter with a learning disability, and there wasn’t much support available when she was younger. That experience made me passionate about providing more opportunities for families with children who have additional needs, which led me to become a founding member of Allsorts back in 2009. Now, I only work a few hours a week, but I appreciate the chance to continue contributing in some way.

George Kelman-Johns, Sports Coordinator
As a new member of the team, l’m settling in nicely at Allsorts. I’m passionate about creating a tailored curriculum for each individual to help them strive and reach their full potential in their own unique way — under the guidance of the Allsorts way!

Louise Kilby, Sports Coordinator & Activity Leader
I first joined Allsorts as a volunteer for my placement at university, and I’ve never looked back. Now, I am a full time member of the team, and I love every single day. Working in the wider community through Allsorts is something that I love, being able to go into schools and sharing my love of sports with others is a real privilege. Every day is different and I would not have it any other way.

Dan Parry, Swimming & Football Manager
My favourite part about working for Allsorts is seeing first hand the positive impact we have on families and individuals. I’m a massive fan of any physical activity or sport, especially Football (Chelsea fan). Therefore, being able to help families accessing Allsorts, through specifically managing our Football & Swimming clubs, is a huge privilege. Alongside delivering PE/Swimming provision for some of our many amazing Schools, on behalf of the charity too.

Sarah Peters, Dance Manager
I run the dance at Allsorts and YuGo. I love sharing the joy of dance with our members and families, seeing their confidence and skills progress, as well as the friendships that blossom between both children and parents! It feels special to be a part of a wider team striving to support disabled children, adults and their families.

Max Pemberton, Head of Sport & YuGo
I spend my spare time keeping active, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family. I believe that everyone should have access to whatever makes you happy, and that’s why I love working for Allsorts. I get to experience those feelings with you, every day.

Becca Price, Families Support Worker
I love working for Allsorts and being part of such an amazing charity. Meeting so many incredible families and getting to know them is a real privilege. Watching friendships and connections form between families is so heartwarming.

Pete Riley, Operations Coordinator
Allsorts is a very special place to work. I started as a volunteer and never left. Day to day I work with databases, websites and technology, all the background things that make everything run smoothly.

Kate Rodman, Head of Families
I became an Allsorts member with my son in 2019, It’s a real pleasure to assist others in the way I was supported as a member. I feel fortunate we have a great team, and I’m able to give back to the Allsorts community and create a sense of belonging for all family members who come through our doors.

Jo Rosselli, Families Coordinator
I am so excited to be a part of the Allsorts team and I’m really enjoying getting to know the children and their families during stay and play sessions and family trips. It is a privilege to be a part of such an amazing charity and I’m loving seeing the positive impact that Allsorts has on families.

Julie Sarahs, Community & Events Fundraiser
I love being a fundraiser for Allsorts; a great team of colleagues and volunteers supporting not just a child with additional needs, but their family too. Sports and dance activities, the toy library, stay and play sessions, the fun short breaks, bowling and gaming club what’s not to love about Allsorts?!

Ollie Smith, Social Media & Digital Content Officer
I love showcasing the incredible work our team does to support people with disabilities in Gloucestershire. It’s rewarding to create content that raises awareness and celebrates the impact of our charity in the community.

Lizzie Sutton, Sports Coordinator & Activity Leader
I love working for Allsorts and within the sports team. I’ve enjoyed sports from a young age and I have always wanted to show others how exciting sports and PE can be. Having the opportunity to go into schools to deliver PE and watch the students progress, become more confident and passionate within PE is a huge privilege.

Sasha Waring, Short Breaks & Family Trips Manager
The highlight of my job is getting to spend time with our amazing young people and families across an exciting and varied programme of activities.

Gemma Wilks, Health & Fitness Manager
I love the different conversations I get from all my PT clients. One minute I will be talking about salted caramel chicken nuggets, and the next, I will be talking about my favourite TV show. It’s such great fun.
I love how Allsorts supports the whole family by offering a range of different support programme and activities
I enjoy working within a really friendly environment.
