It is with great sadness that we announce that our Chief Executive, Jane Jones has decided to step down from her position, having handed in her notice. Whilst this decision has been incredibly difficult for her, it is due to family reasons that she has understandably chosen to prioritise.
The board of trustees and leadership team are working closely to manage the next steps for the organisation and are committed to ensuring business as usual and a smooth transition during this period.
Speaking for the Allsorts Board, Chair of Trustees, Jess Waterman said: “During her time as Chief Executive, Jane has built a joyful, warm and supportive environment at Allsorts. We will greatly miss Jane’s steadfast, expert and compassionate approach to leadership, which has benefitted the Allsorts community enormously.
Allsorts is an exceptional place. A place where every child or young person with additional needs, every sibling, parent and grandparent can feel at home and able to be their true selves. In the New Year, the search will be on for someone exceptional to lead Allsorts in its next exciting phase of development.”
If you have any concerns, a member of the team will be happy to speak with you.
