Useful Info Email to members 21.08.2020

Thank you to those who have returned their membership forms. Due to staff shortages (and the sheer volume!) we haven’t been able to acknowledge payments as they come in. You will receive something in September to welcome you back and to announce activities for the Autumn term.

From 1st September you won’t be able to access support and activities if you haven’t renewed your membership. Please let us know if you need an extension or fee waiver.

You can download the minutes from our July AGM, which was held via Zoom, HERE! If there’s anything you’d like to say with regards to the discussions, please do get in touch.

We look forward to carrying on with some of our outdoor Sports and Fitness Clubs during the Autumn, whilst the weather is kind! Digital fitness sessions are also full steam ahead, so keep your eyes peeled for updates early in September for club dates, times and booking details. We eagerly await announcements from the Government with guidelines to return to indoor sports activities – the moment we know, we will be in touch

Special access to Westonbirt Arboretum
Thursday 27th and Friday 28th August – flexible arrival time
A limited number of Allsorts families can use the staff car park (missing out the main car park and turnstiles) and arrive any time during opening hours. This is great for families who would struggle to use the restricted timed entry system or the busy car park and entrance.
Contact Clarissa for details.

Indoor Play Sessions – use the Toy Library Play Space and Sensory Room
If you need a clean, safe space to play and are finding it difficult to visit other venues, contact us for a discussion about booking the Toy Library. Use is limited to one family at a time (or two if you book together).

The Toy Library is open for the borrowing of our very clean toys and equipment.  Click Bookings to see our socially distanced borrowing process with weekly collections or delivery on Tuesdays.  It helps us if you can arrange to return or renew toys that were borrowed before lockdown by emailing [email protected].
If you’re tired of doing everything online and would rather chat about which toys to borrow, tell us and we will call you.
