Exclusive gym use for Allsorts families!
Allsorts now has a gym membership at Archway School Sports Centre for exactly this purpose. We will have exclusive use of the gym for Allsorts members, supported by the Allsorts Sports and Fitness Team.
After a successful summer programme, we are now continuing our drop-in sessions and gym classes into the autumn. Allsorts families will get:
- Free gym induction
- Free access to the first Fitness Class / Open Gym session you access
- Free personalised Gym Training Programme
How it works
Anyone wanting to join a gym session / class must complete a full induction and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q Form) beforehand. These will be completed with an Allsorts Fitness Instructor during your first visit. Please note, inductions cannot take place during a fitness class and therefore must be completed during an open gym session. Please let me know if you cannot make any of the open gym session times available and we will aim to arrange a separate time.
Once inducted you will be able to access sessions via block booking (4 sessions or more) or on a pay and play basis. We will look to introduce longer term memberships in future. Prices for each session are as follows:
Open Gym Sessions – £5.00 per individual session or £4.00 per session (block booked)
Fitness Classes (Stretch and Flex, Strength Training, 16-25’s class) – £8.00 per individual session or £6.50 per session (block booked)
We have a maximum capacity of 10 participants per session / class, excluding parents and carers (we may reduce participant numbers if all participants have parents or carers with them). Children and young people do not need to be accompanied by a parent or carer, unless it is appropriate and necessary for them to be supported – a conversation we can have at the point of booking. However, we do require parents and carers to remain on site and in close proximity to the gym in case of emergency.
