About this event:
Sleep Workshop – Parent Carer Information Session with Cerebra
Cerebra are a national charity supporting children with brain conditions and their families. They have a national specialist sleep service offering advice, resources and training to those families who know all too well how that one member of the family doesn’t sleep, the rest of the family suffers too. This Sleep Workshop is offered by a Cerebra Sleep Practitioner.
Allsorts will provide lunch and there will be lots of time to ask questions, share experiences and meet other parents. This was a very popular workshop last time Cerebra visited us, so book your place soon! It is open to all our members, including those without a diagnosis.
Understanding and supporting children’s sleep for parents and carers of children with brain conditions aims to:
- To build on your knowledge and understanding of sleep and what impacts/improves it
- To increase your skills when addressing issues of settling, night waking, early rising and sleeping alone
- To improve your confidence to apply information gained to your own situation
