Introducing positive behaviour support
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an effective and ethical way of supporting people at risk of behaviour that challenges. The overall goal of PBS is to improve the quality of life for the affected person and those around them. PBS is a systematic, but wholeheartedly person centred approach to understanding the reasons for certain behaviour and the subsequent implementation of strategies for that behaviour not to arise in the first place.
The workshop is facilitated by Dee Kraus-Kerby, Allsorts short breaks coordinator, and will be interactive with time for discussion and your questions.
There are two sessions on offer so please check you are booking for the time/format you prefer: 13 June 10am – In person or 14 June 7.30pm – Zoom.
