MEMBER SURVEY
Remember to complete your annual survey by 31st July – we use this information to help review existing activities and shape new ones! Membership renewals are also due by this date. Thank you to those who have already returned forms.

OUTDOOR PLAY SESSIONS
Would you like to talk to us about 1:1 or two/three family outdoor play sessions, delivered in a safe space? If you are finding it difficult to access safe outdoor play experiences we can look into putting something bespoke together for you. Email or call Max for details.

HEALTH AND FITNESS 
We want to help you keep fit, happy and healthy, so we are running some outdoor small group activities this summer. The groups will be no more than 6 participants at a time.

Football
Monday 20th & 27th July, August 3rd, 10th & 17th
5.00 – 6.00pm
Location: Stratford Court Playing Fields
Recommended fee: £5.00 pay and play or £20.00 block booking (£4.00 per session)
Allsorts Football Club is back for pre-season! Join us for fun, skills and fitness as we look towards the new season.

Outdoor Family Fitness
Tuesday 21st & 28th July, August 4th, 11th & 18th
5.00 – 6.00pm
Location: Stratford Court Playing Fields
Recommended fee: £5.00 pay and play or £20.00 block booking (£4.00 per session)
We are taking Family Fitness Fun outside! Join us for a range of inclusive and engaging exercises to keep fit over the Summer Holidays.

Softball
Thursday 23rd & 30th July, August 6th, 13th & 20th
5.00 – 6.00pm
Location: Stratford Court Playing Fields
Recommended fee: £5.00 pay and play or £20.00 block booking (£4.00 per session)
Later than planned, but Softball Club is backed! Join us for action packed Softball games and lots of home runs!

Fitness by Zoom continues:

  • £7.50 (recommended fee) – join Claudia for weekly Yoga Classes on Mondays: 3.30pm for those who can stand and sit and lie, 4.15pm for those who can sit and lie. (please contact Max to check yoga dates/times during half term)
  • £5 – join in with our weekly Family Fitness Fun sessions from home on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 3.30-4.20pm (new earlier time)

FAMILY FUN 
The Toy Library is open for the borrowing of our very clean toys and equipment.  Bookings now taken ready for Tuesday delivery/collections.

Exclusive use of the Toy Library play space and sensory room – if you need a clean, safe space to play and are finding it difficult to visit other venues over the summer, contact us for a discussion about using the Toy Library for your family. A number of bookings are available on Mondays. Fee waivers available and limited to one family at a time (or two families if you prefer to share the space with another Allsorts family).

Siblings Zoom – a fun quiz and chance to chat with other young siblings on Thursday 30th July at 11am.  Please contact Clarissa to discuss and receive an invite.

Wednesday Youth Club –  Music with Lee Chaos
Wednesdays at 4pm (on Zoom) through July (no sessions in August)
Email Clarissa for an invite to this fun interactive singalong with your friends from Allsorts youth clubs.

Special access to Westonbirt Arboretum – we have a number of bookable spaces for families who would struggle to use the public timed entry system.
A limited number of Allsorts families will be able to use the staff car park (thus missing out the turnstiles and main entrance) and have a flexible entry time (ie arrive anytime).
If you would like to visit Westonbirt, but their current booking system makes it unsuitable for your child, please email Clarissa with a first and second choice for the following dates: Friday 31st July; Monday 3rd August; Thursday 13th August or Wednesday 19th August. Places are very limited so please get in touch early to avoid disappointment.

Parent Carer Info Session – Wellbeing and self care
Thursday 30th July 7.30pm-approx 9pm (on Zoom)
Meet Kerry from Gloucestershire Carers Hub who will be offering support and advice about ways to look after yourself during such challenging times.  Parents and Carers are always working hard for their families – take some time out for yourself and join us for a supportive evening that focuses on you.

Join our “Allsorts Community” closed group. It’s just for Allsorts parents and carers and is a way to keep that supportive community going when we can’t see each in person. Join the group HERE
