The much-loved Cirencester Stumble brought festive cheer to the town once again this December, with a group of colleagues from DM Focus raising an incredible £2224 for Allsorts.
Organised by Adrian Williams, Director at DM Focus, the event celebrated its 6th year of combining Christmas spirit with charitable support. The group were dressed up in their best festive fancy dress, while making their way through Cirencester, entertaining shoppers with carols and collecting donations along the way.
The Stumble has become a staple of the Christmas period, raising over £9000 for local charities since it begun. We’re extremely grateful to receive the proceeds for 2024, with these vital funds supporting young people with additional needs in Gloucestershire.
Adrian reflected on his brilliant fundraising event: “It was another very successful Stumble, with a slightly revised route from previous years. Starting at the Marlborough and finishing at the Sultan, we were blessed with fantastic weather. The stumblers embraced the fun, dressing up and entertaining Cirencester with carols along the way.
“The community welcomed us warmly and thanks to their generosity, we raised over £2000 with matched funding from DM Focus and donations still coming in!”

Rachael Fletcher, Head of Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships at Allsorts, expressed her gratitude: “We are so thankful to Adrian and the entire DM Focus team for their amazing support in raising funds for Allsorts. The Cirencester Stumble is a great event that highlights what the community can achieve, supporting several charities in recent years.”
