A fun and interactive session that focuses upon increasing core strength!
Weak core muscles can cause us to have poor posture, lower back pain and muscular injuries. Our fitness instructors provide a range of fun exercises that will increase your core strength and reduce the likelihood of injury. Inflexible muscles are also a common cause of injury and this club has a key focus on increasing the flexibility of our muscles through various stretching exercises.

Block Booking cost of £24.00 per member for 6 sessions (25th February – 31st March 2020 inclusive), or £5 per session per member.
